1 Youth Large (special order – never picked up)

This is the first shirt Teddy designed all by himself. It was quickly adopted by the Michigan Democratic Disability Caucus. It is a white cotton tshirt with a drawing of the Statue of Liberty sitting in a wheelchair. The wheelchair has an American flag “sticker” on it. Underneath the design it says: Michigan Democratic Disability Caucus. It is also available as a button.

Forest green 50/50 heavy blend tshirt. It says piss on pity in yellow dripping letters. Currently only available in sizes up to 1XL, but we will have 2XL and 3XL soon. Looking for a resource for larger sizes in this color.

We should always remember the accomplishments of our great disability activists. Justin Dart was one of the writers of the ADA and a staunch defender of disability rights. His adage: I am with you. I love you. Lead on! will live on forever. Wear a shirt in his favorite color with a line drawing of Justin in his trademark cowboy hat based on a photo by Tom Olin. (A new shirt with a larger image will be forthcoming sometime this fall.)

This is a white 50/50 heavyweight blend shirt with orange lettering saying: Community Choice Act Now! and the illustration of a hand holding an old fashioned house key.

The key represents the choice everyone should have to live in the home of their choosing – their family home with neded supports if that is their choice.

Purple 50/50 heavyweight blend tshirt with white letters saying I “heart” My Life! The heart is bright pink, hand drawn and silkscreen painted. This is not yet available in sizes over 1 XL – we are looking for a source for bigger sizes.

Blue or Bright Pink 50/50 heavy blend shirt with a black chromosome map and pink or blue letters saying: HA HA I have more chromosomes than you do. The 21st chromosome is a trisomy and is circled. The blue shirts have only a XY (male) chromosome and the pink only a XX (female) one.

You can special order this shirt with a different chromosome set circled, for example, Edwards syndrome is caused by an extra 18th chromosome. Contact Teddy for more details. Infants sizes in pale pink or blue coming soon.
